II. Rights of users and stakeholders

In view of the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to

  • on confirmation of whether data relating to them are processed, on information on the data processed, on further information on data processing and on copies of the data (see also Article 15 GDPR);
  • correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data (see also Article 16 GDPR);
  • for the immediate deletion of the data concerning them (see also Article 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, insofar as further processing pursuant to Article 17(1) 3 GDPR is required to restrict processing in accordance with Article 18 GDPR;
  • upon receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and for the transmission of such data to other providers/managers (see also Article 20 GDPR);
  • on appeal to the supervisory authority, if they consider that the data concerning them are processed by the provider in breach of data protection provisions (see also Article 77 GDPR).

In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data have been disclosed by the provider of any rectification or deletion of data or the restriction of processing resulting from Article 16, 17 para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist to the extent that such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Without prejudice to this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

In accordance with Article 21 GDPR, users and data subjects also have the right to object to the future processing of the data concerning them, provided that the data is provided by the provider in accordance with Article 6(3) of the GDPR. 1 lit. (f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing is held.

III. Information on data processing

Your data processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage ceases, the deletion of the data is not precluded by legal retention obligations and no information to the contrary is provided on individual processing methods below.

Server data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted to us or to our webspace provider through your internet browser. These so-called server log files include the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you switched to our website (referrer URL), the website(s) of our website you visit, the date and time of the respective access, and the IP address of the internet connection from which our website is used.

This data collected in this way is stored for the time being, but not together with other data from you.

Such storage takes place on the legal basis of Article 6(3). 1 lit. (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.

The data will be deleted at the latest after seven days, unless further storage is required for evidence purposes. Otherwise, the data is excluded from deletion in whole or in part until an incident is finally resolved.

If you sign up for our free newsletter, the data you have requested for this purpose, i.e. your e-mail address and – optionally – your name and address, will be transmitted to us. At the same time, we store the IP address of the Internet connection from which you access our website as well as the date and time of your registration. As part of the further registration process, we will obtain your consent in the sending of the newsletter, describe the content in concrete terms and refer to this data protection declaration. We use the data collected exclusively for sending the newsletter – in particular, it will not be passed on to third parties.

The legal basis for this is Article 6(0). 1 lit. (a) GDPR.

You can agree to the newsletter in accordance with Art. 3 GDPR revoked at any time with effect for the future. To do so, you only need to inform us of your revocation or use the unsubscribe link contained in each newsletter.

Contact Enquiries / Contact Option

If you contact us via contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your request. The provision of the data is necessary for the processing and response of your request – without their provision we can not answer your request or at most limited.

The legal basis for such processing is Article 6(3). 1 lit. b) GDPR.

Your data will be deleted if your request has been finally answered and there are no legal retention obligations to the deletion, such as in the event of any subsequent execution of the contract.

Google Analytics

The Google Analytics service is used to analyse the usage behaviour of our website. The legal basis is Article 6(6) of the 1 lit. (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.

Usage and user-related information, e.g. THE IP address, location, time or frequency of the visit to our website are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function. With this feature, Google is already shortening its IP address within the EU or the EEA.

The data collected in this way is again used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of the visit to our website as well as about the usage activities there. This data may also be used to provide other services related to the use of our website and the use of the Internet.

Google reCAPTCHA

In our website, we use Google reCAPTCHA to check and avoid interactions on our website through automated accesses, e.g. by so-called bots. This is a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to only as “Google”.
