Lego® Serious Play®

With Lego® Serious Play® you get the chance to think different: With your hands, your heart and of course your brain. Lego® Serious Play® (LSP) is a facilitation methodology. It involves participants building models using Lego bricks and engaging in dialogue to explore and expand on their ideas. LSP is used in a variety of settings, from corporate team building, coaching, therapy and supervision to education. For teams and organizations it gives a frame to explore complex issues, develop and share new insights and concrete creative solutions. Exactly what we need now in our disruptive world. All participants involve in the prozess in a very effective and playful way.

Teambuiling: Lego® Serious Play® can be used as well to create stronger connections to produce and share new knowledge within teams. With Lego® Serious Play® you get sparkling eyes and flow. And when couples want to live (again) as a fantastic team, Lego® Serious Play® is a very good issue. Sessions can be organized online or as workshops in your organization

Real Time Change® is a new application of the Lego Serious Play (LSP) methodology. Prof. Johan Roos and Micael Buckle designed it and tested the outcome with more than 1000 participants all over the world. Real Time Change® is designed to help organizations accelerate their ability to respond to and embrace change. The goal of Real Time Change is to enable organizations to quickly adapt to sudden changing conditions, customer needs, and technology advancements. Real Time Change is designed to help organizations develop the skills and capabilities needed to quickly shift direction, quickly adapt to changes and innovate new solutions. First it promotes psychological safety, so you get a highly fertile ground in the organization. And then the abilities to grow and navigate in disruptive times and no ending crisis.

It employs a variety of activities and tools, such as LEGO models, games, and storytelling, in order to help teams identify and address the drivers and impacts of change, plan for the future, and create innovative strategies to move forward. Try it and get the change!
